1. What made you first become a model?

I auditioned and became a finalist for Miss Kerala 2009 pageant as suggested by a friend which helped me in bagging some modelling assignments.

2. How did you feel when you did your first ever fashion show or a photo shoot?

Confused, nervous and excited.

3. Who was your role model as a child and how did that help in being a model?

I never saw myself becoming a model as a kid. My role model has always been my mother who can multitask with great ease. I guess this sort of helped me to juggle with my B-tech and modelling at the same time.

4. Your Take on size 0 debate in the industry?

Beauty comes in all shapes and forms. If you can make yourself look priceless then size doesn’t matter.

5. What beauty tips do you swear by?

A regular workout session coupled with healthy eating habits. For beautiful skin drink at least 8 glasses of water. Avoid smoking and drink occasionally.

6. If a young girl/boy wanted to be a model what would your advice for them be?

Hard work coupled with confidence is the simple solution.

7. Who do you aspire to be like? As successful as?

Live forever in people’s hearts, that’s how successful I want to get.

8. What product brands do you use for your skin.

I keep experimenting with new products but my favourites would be lush, Bobby brown and mac. I do try out natural homemade face masks and treatments.

9.What characteristics do you think a man should possess?

A man who understands honesty might be tough up front, but the impact is far less than the outcome of long running white lies. A man with a good sense of humour. He should respect women and have a positive attitude.
